Staycation -with Bramley products

Back in April, Bramley Products very kindly sent me one of their Bramley Weekend Kits, having been a big fan of theirs for a while now, after being introduced to them though our stays at Artist Residence Hotels, I was more than happy to indulge. Bramley Products are made in the British Countryside, all with 100% recycling packages,they are cruelty free, vegan friendly & created with natural ingredients from pure essential oils. Beautifully kind products that smell and feel amazing!

So, as you can imagine I was rather excited to be sent a kit, perfect for a little escape….. But what escape was that to be?… At the time here in the UK, we had just had a few restrictions lifted but the idea of leaving our homes was far away. I contemplated just indulging in the set over a weekend at home, running a bath and closing my eyes & pretending I was in the countryside, usually I am a ‘use the products, wear the dress, light the candle’ type of girl but something told me to savour this little kit of potions and I am so glad I did. Last week we were finally lucky enough to escape to the beautiful South Downs in the British countryside & I can only describe it as serendipitous to arrive to see a beautiful outside bath tub, there could not have been a better fit for indulgence of the Bramley Products, back to nature on so many levels, for once my patience in waiting exceeded me.

Preparing for a holiday by organising and arranging all your products and bathroom essentials in 100ml bottles/tubes can add to the stress of the trip & I always, always end up forgetting something. The weekend kits have it all sorted, beautifully scented shampoo and conditioners of lemon, mandarin and rosemary. A grapefruit and sweet orange body wash, all so fresh and fragrant and amazing on the skin. Toothpaste and a bamboo toothbrush..(how many times I go away and have to trail round looking for a toothbrush in the past??) A lavender sleep spray, which sent me into a calm night of sleep, and additionally, hand gel, which actually for once smells rather lovely, & yet again something that I always seem to misplace. All sitting inside the eco wash bag, perfect for a couple of nights away in the countryside.

Soaking in the outside tub, surrounded by nature, fresh air and concoction of lavender, rosemary, sweet orange & grapefruit fragrance in the beautiful countryside. Feeling restored and very relaxed, whilst the local bunnies hopped past seemed all too good to be true and will be a highlight of this Summer for definite……..& for now, well, I will go back to using the remainder of the Bramley Products at home, I just have to close my eyes and I am transported straight back ….just with a grumpy cat replacing the bunnies!
